Allow users to edit knowledge base and add link to support forum in web interface
Two improvements to help users find information and support:
1. Allow users to edit knowledge base in order to build out useful documentation (like the FAQ). Creating a moderator role populated by community members would help with management (like a wiki).
2. Add a link in the web interface to http://support.tvshowtime.com/ or http://support.tvshowtime.com/knowledgebase (in particular, the sidebar). There is no link currently, and it is very difficult and unintuitive to find the support/feedback pages.
These changes would reduce the admin support load and allow crowdsourcing helpful documentation.
